At Eliminationmovem, operating as a professional arboricultural service provider in Auckland, New Zealand, we are committed to providing high-quality shrub trimming and tree care services. We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with the arboricultural services we provide throughout the Auckland region, including Bucklands Beach and surrounding suburbs.

Service Completion

Our tree care services are performed on-site at your Auckland property. Once a service is completed:

• All arboricultural work is inspected for quality and completeness according to New Zealand arboricultural standards
• Debris and trimmings are removed from your Auckland property and disposed of responsibly
• You will have the opportunity to review the completed tree care work with our team
• Any concerns should be reported within 48 hours of service completion to ensure prompt resolution
• We provide documentation of work completed for your records, including tree species addressed and services performed

Refund and Adjustment Policy

If you are not satisfied with our Auckland-based tree care service:

• Contact us within 48 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns about our arboricultural work
• We will work with you to address any issues or make necessary adjustments to our tree care services
• If service does not meet agreed specifications for your Auckland property, we will return to correct the work at no additional charge
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet completed, in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws
• Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have rights regarding service quality for our Auckland arboricultural services

Cancellation Policy for Auckland Tree Care Services

For scheduled arboricultural services in Auckland, New Zealand:

• You may cancel or reschedule tree care appointments with at least 24 hours notice to allow us to serve other Auckland clients
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled shrub trimming or tree pruning may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs
• Emergency tree care service cancellations in Auckland will be handled on a case-by-case basis, considering weather conditions and emergency arboricultural needs
• Deposits for scheduled Auckland tree care services are refundable if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours in advance, in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws
• Weather-related cancellations for Auckland arboricultural work due to unsafe conditions are not subject to fees

• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for tree health or growth in New Zealand's climate, as these depend on many environmental factors beyond our control
• Our guarantee covers the quality of our workmanship and adherence to New Zealand arboricultural standards, not natural processes such as disease, storms, or Auckland's seasonal variations
• Results may vary based on tree species, soil conditions, and Auckland's unique microclimates, which affect tree response to our care services
